This vintage Philadelphia Phillies satin jacket was produced by Swingster and made in the USA, most likely in the late 1980s or early 1990s when satin snap jackets were a staple of American sports fanwear. The deep burgundy colour and bold white Phillies “P” logo give it a classic look associated with the team’s iconic uniforms of the era. Swingster manufactured many official team jackets during this period, and their pieces became a familiar sight in stadiums across the United States. Designed with a snap front, striped ribbed collar, cuffs and waistband, and two front pockets, the jacket has the relaxed fit typical of vintage MLB outerwear.
